Returns & Refunds
If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
No restocking fee to be charged to the consumers for the return of a product.
we will deal with the return/refund order in 2-3 days, and you will get your return or refund in 3-5 days. if you don't get the return/refund in 3-5 days, please contact us :support@betterlinkstore.com. we will check it.
Quality problems(ripped, incomplete, shriveled, etc) of the product are found within the after-sale warranty, please contact us immediately and send us clear pictures of defected lens. We will solve it after checking.
Notice:
1.Each order has only one after-sale privilege.
2.Replace, return or refund is not available if the color is not what you expect/want or the parameters you have ordered are not suitable for your eyes.
Return/Refund Process
Please send an email to support@betterlinkstore.com and we will write back to you as soon as possible.
Please tell us the details of your order in the email: your name, order number and reason.
Place the item(s) in the original packing.
Returning the product is allowed if the packaging is in good condition and the product is not opened so that it does not influence the second sale.
Drop off you package at your carrier.
Please provide tracking number and website for tracking the logistic info after you return the parcel to us
We receive your return package.
We will check the parcel whether in good or not and then we will handle the refund once we get the returned parcel to your account in accordance to the return conditions.
